How can I apply for a wholesale account and place my first order?Getting started with Jefferson Wholesale is easy and designed to support resellers from day one: Apply for a Wholesale Account Visit our Apply for Wholesale Account page and fill out the application form with your business details. This is required for all resellers who want access to wholesale pricing, documentation, and ordering. Wait for Approval Our team will review your application. Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation granting you access to our wholesale member area. Browse and Place Your First Order After approval, explore products through our Shop or Shop by Category pages. Add the items you want to your order. To meet our minimum order requirement, your order total must be at least $3,000 USD. Prep Services Included (Amazon FBA Ready) We offer free prep services for all inventory purchased from us. If you're shipping to Amazon FBA, we follow all Amazon FBA prep guidelines — at no extra cost. Shipping Options Orders over $5,000 USD qualify for free shipping within the USA. We can ship your order to your business address, a 3PL, or directly to Amazon FBA warehouses. We also support our 3PL fulfillment customers by storing inventory and fulfilling orders as they come in. Payment Method We accept bank-to-bank transfers from business-registered bank accounts only. Payment instructions will be shared after your order is confirmed. Delivery Time Once payment is received, orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days.

What product categories do you offer?We carry over 1,500 trusted brands across top categories including Home & Kitchen, Grocery, Beauty, Health, Office, Toys, Pet Supplies, and Automotive.

Do you offer dropshipping?Yes, but only through our 3PL Fulfillment Program. To use our dropshipping service, you must either: Purchase inventory from Jefferson Wholesale and store it in our warehouse, or Send your own inventory to our facility for storage and fulfillment. Once your inventory is stored with us, we’ll handle picking, packing, and shipping directly to your customers — including deliveries to Amazon FBA warehouses.

Can I get documentation for Amazon and other marketplaces?Absolutely. We provide invoices and Letters of Authorization (LOA) that meet Amazon and other marketplace verification requirements.

Do you charge shipping fees for wholesale orders? Do you offer Amazon FBA prep or other prep services?Yes, for Wholesale Distribution customers, we offer free shipping on all orders over $5,000 USD delivered anywhere within the USA. Orders below that amount are subject to standard shipping charges based on size and weight. We also offer a free prep service, including Amazon FBA prep. This covers labeling, poly bagging, bundling, and carton packing — all done according to Amazon’s FBA prep guidelines. There are no extra charges for prep when you're buying wholesale from us. We make sure your products are shipped ready to go, whether to your warehouse or directly to an Amazon FBA facility.

Do you handle Amazon FBA prep services?Yes, we offer free Amazon FBA prep services for inventory purchased from us or sent to us through the 3PL program. Our team follows Amazon’s guidelines for labeling, bagging, boxing, and bundling to ensure your products are FBA-compliant.

How do I store the inventory I purchased from you for 3PL fulfillment?If you've placed a wholesale order and want us to store your inventory for daily order processing or dropshipping, you can join our 3PL Fulfillment Program by selecting the option Buy & Store with Us at the time of purchase. This enables us to receive your inventory into our 3PL warehouse, prep it (if needed), and begin fulfilling your customer orders as they come in. To complete your 3PL enrollment, you’ll also need to fill out our 3PL Fulfillment Form so our team can set up your account and workflow. There is a minimum order value of $3,000 USD to qualify for the Buy & Store option.

Can I use both wholesale and 3PL services together?Absolutely. Many of our customers first purchase products wholesale and then choose to store that inventory with us under our 3PL program for daily fulfillment. This is a seamless process that helps resellers scale efficiently.

How will Jefferson Wholesale know when to fulfill an order for my stored inventory?Once you're enrolled in our 3PL Fulfillment Program and your inventory is stored with us, you’ll provide us with child access to your marketplace store (such as Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify). Our fulfillment team uses that access to monitor incoming orders and process them accordingly. We do not offer real-time system integrations, so this manual process ensures accuracy while keeping it simple — ideal for newer sellers. How do I get started with your 3PL Fulfillment service?You can get started by choosing one of our two fulfillment paths: Buy & Store with Us – Purchase inventory from Jefferson Wholesale (minimum order value: $3,000 USD) and have it stored in our 3PL warehouse. Ship & Scale with Us – Send us your own inventory to be stored and fulfilled. After choosing your option, simply complete our 3PL Fulfillment Form, and our team will contact you to finalize setup and provide a custom quote.

What marketplaces do you support for fulfillment?We support order fulfillment for major platforms including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and other marketplace and eCommerce platforms. You’ll need to grant child access to your store so we can view and manage orders manually. We do not offer API-based real-time syncing.

Can I track my shipments?Yes — we provide tracking for both wholesale and 3PL fulfillment shipments: Wholesale Orders: If you’ve purchased inventory from us, you’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships. 3PL Fulfillment Orders: If your inventory is stored with us, we fulfill orders placed on your store. Once shipped, tracking details are added directly to your marketplace account (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Shopify) as per platform requirements.

What is the turnaround time for fulfillment once an order is received?We aim for fast and reliable fulfillment across both services: Wholesale Orders: Once we receive payment, we ship your order within 2–4 business days. 3PL Fulfillment Orders: Orders received through your online store (for inventory stored with us) are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.

We'll confirm the delivery address and intake instructions. Be sure to label and prep inventory per Amazon FBA or your platform's requirements — we also offer free prep services.

Can I switch from a wholesale-only account to a 3PL fulfillment account?Yes! If you're an active wholesale customer and want to start storing your inventory with us for daily fulfillment, simply choose Buy & Store with Us during your next order and fill out the 3PL Fulfillment Form.
